In order to keep your costs as low as possible, eMediaStores.com provides 24-hour access to our online helpdesk for web and email based technical support. You can review our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and Knowledgebase articles at your convenience. Whenever we solve a problem for a customer, we immediately create a new KB article for the benefit of all of our customers! Email and web based support tickest are free for your first five incidents or 30 days, whichever comes first.

Additional web and email-based support incidents can be purchased at the low cost of $35/incident. Phone based store and technical support is available to all customers at the low cost of $65/incident. We reserve the right to consider multiple issues as multiple incidents.

Billing, Cancellations and Refunds Policies

No commitments! You're eMediaStores.com online storefront monthly fee will automatically be charged to the credit card you used when signing up for our service. You are free to cancel your store subscription at *any* time, however no refunds or prorations will be applied. To cancel your service, please contact support.





  Web or email based support incident Price: $35.00
Your first 30 days or 5 web/email based support incidents are provided FREE of charge. Please only purchase additional support incidents if you have been advised by a representative that you need to purchase additional support. Please understand we try to keep your costs as low as possible by ONLY charging support fees to those users who need it the most!
 
 



  Phone based support incident Price: $65.00
Phone based support is available to all customers for the very low cost of $65 per incident. If you prefer to talk to a qualified e-commerce technical agent to assist in solving your store configuration needs, we'll be glad to help!
