1) After I sign up, is my store really ready instantly?
YES! As soon as you sign up, your store is created - everything is automated. You can log in immediately after receiving your welcome email and start adding products.
2) Is my store hosted on my own domain name?
Every eMediaStores.com store is hosted on our server and on the eMediaStores.com domain name. During signup, you'll be asked to supply a preferred store code - this code will become part of your store URL. For example, if your store code is 'cameras', your store would be hosted at http://www.emediastores.com/cameras.
3) I already have a website, can I use this store to sell products on my existing site?
Absolutely! You can show the product on your own website and provide a link to purchase that product on your eMediaStore. With a little understanding of HTML, you can even put "Add to Cart" and "Check Out" buttons on your HTML site that take your customer to your eMediaStore for checkout!
4) How do my customers pay for products they buy from me?
You can collect payment from your customers instantly by credit card, electronic checks, PayPal, or Google Checkout. Online payment processing uses your account at one of these providers. If you don't have a payment gateway provider, you can sign up for one within your store. Your gateway and merchant account provider may charge fees for payment processing, and this isn't paid directly to eMediaStores. The following payment options are available with your store:

5) Are there any additional payment processing charges applied by eMediaStores.com?
NO! We don't charge for credit card processing, and we don't charge per-order fees or percentages. You will have credit card processing fees from your gateway, PayPal or Google, though these are often quite low when you use PayPal Payments Pro or Google Checkout. Typical payment gateway fees are around $15/month and typical credit card processing rates are less than 3%.
6) Can I really start selling in less than 30 minutes?
You bet! Adding products is simple. The part that might take the longest is signing up for either Google Checkout or a PayPal account!
7) Is there an online demo I can try before I buy?
Absolutely. Visit the eMediaStores Demo site where you can log into the demo site administration to get a feel for how you will administer your store, and also try shopping the test store front end. *Note: The demo store refreshes every hour on the hour, so feel free to make any changes you want! Upon refresh, you'll need to log back in again and all of your changes will be removed.
8) Is there a manual I can read to fully understand how to administer my store?
